Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) refers to purpose-built housing designed for individuals with extreme functional impairments or very high support needs. These homes are specifically created to improve accessibility and make it easier to receive ongoing supports. SDA is typically provided in a shared living environment with a small number of residents.
