South Melbourne Care Services is run by experienced registered nurses. We understand that not all participants needs are the same. we arrange a FREE NO OBLIGATION meet and greet with out support workers and the participants to ensure a perfect match, not only that, but we work in collaboration with different allied health services to achieve the goals set up in the clients plan. Our clients are supported 24 hours by dedicated on call registered nurses rostered to support staff and clients.
